1st November, 1956 – the states of Vindhya Pradesh, Madhya Bharat and Bhopal merged together and formed the beautiful and regal state of Madhya Pradesh. As per its name, “Madhya Pradesh” means the Central State. Not only because of its central location but also because of its rich diverseness it is known as the “HEART OF INDIA”.
