The climate of Nameri is tropical. The time from November to March is quite preferable to visit the park. The summer season tends to be hot and humid whereas the winter months are really cold. During the monsoons, there tends to be heavy rainfall which may be the cause of difficulty while traveling. So, it is advisable that one should carry light cotton clothes if visiting around the summer time and should definitely not forget to pack woolen essentials if planning to visit during the winters.
